This is my first cycle of clomid but normally have sore boobs from OV to

AF, but this month nothing not tender at all!? Has anyone ever had this before? I've tested but bfn...I don't know if it's a good sign or maybe because first round of clomid things are diff! Please help! ❤️🙈 thank you xx
