Cravings/Aversions in relation to Prenatal Vitamin Intake
Ok so I haven't had any cravings or aversions even though I am at eight weeks today! At the same time I have been very consistent with my prenatal vitamin intake which is supposed to provide the nutrients and vitamins that you're lacking in your normal diet. Cravings/aversions are your body's way of getting those nutrients that you're lacking. So my question is for those who have major cravings or aversions, are you taking your prenatal vitamins regularly?
