NCT vs NHS

Hi UK mums and mummies! So I'm in a bit of a quandary about these courses as have heard mixed reviews.  The NCT ones are supposed to be really good but are quite expensive at £200, however the NHS one is £75 but only one day and I've not heard great things. Has anybody experienced either and can shed light on both? I'm definitely going to go to one or the other just not sure which one 🤔 TFI xxx
