Worried 😰😰

I'm 20+5 today and I haven't felt my baby move at all all day. I have an anterior placenta so movement and kicks aren't as strong as some people but I still feel him but I just haven't felt him today at all. I haven't been running around all day either where I could've missed them I've been waiting for them to happen. Is this cause for concern or not? Thanks x
