opk on 9/1/16 when do I count dpo1 as?" /> Thanks for voting! Got my VVVFL BFP on 9/11/16. Trying to figure out how many DPO that would be.  Dr is measuring me at 4weeks 3days but I think It's more like 3 weeks and some change.

Your doctor will use the date of your last period until you have a dating ultrasound which would happen around 7-8 weeks usually.
