I am having pcos and thyroid. And i and my husband had been trying to conceive for one and half year. But this month i missed my period and its been 37 days. But yesterday i spotted some blood in my tissue while i wiped after toilet. And today too. But my period had not started. So can anyone answer me is it the implantation bleeding?
