Desperate!!

I posted yesterday about my baby being very fussy while nursing. He cries and tugs my nipples. I googled what to do & asked on here. I gave gripe water, gas drops, burped him, nursed in a quiet dark room. He did this all day yesterday and so far all day today. He isn't fussy when he isn't eating so I don't feel like he's gassy or sick. Its just when I try to feed him he gets so mad. Idk what to do. I've ebf for 2 months & I'm on the verge of quitting bc my nipples hurt so bad from him pulling & popping off. Its giving me anxiety bc he won't eat like he normally does.. He has had normal wet and dirty diapers. Someone please help 😢
