Unproductive Contraction.am loosing my mind

I have been in and out of L&d since 23weeks for preterm labour. For the past 4days, it's been tormenting and so depressing. Contractions are 5-8mins apart and 1min long, been to L&D and was sent home twice because they were not dilating me and no drugs to stop the pains either. It's been a crazy and really painful week, am 35weeks but can't do this anymore.
