Is this normal

Im on my second pregnancy and this is my 5th time spotting but i have been to the doctor and they said everything is alright. And my spouse. Keep telling me that im worring to much . but i have had a premature babybefore who only lived to see her first birthday and i jus dont want to go throught it again im happy and im excited. And i actually. Didnt spot with my first baby
