Braxton Hicks contractions??

So every time before and after I use the bathroom (#1) I'm having contractions (having one as I'm writing this) 
Has anyone else been having this issue? I have my doc appt on Friday so I am going to discuss this with her but in all my pregnancies this is the first time this has happened.

Totally normal and common. I went to my ultrasound for 20 weeks and I also have to have internal ones to check my cervix. They had me pee before the internal one and they could actually see the contraction in the ultrasound. They said it's super common for that to happen after using the bathroom.

Yes I have them from 22 weeks every single time after I pee no matter if my bladder it's full or not

Okay that makes me feel better because it has me thinking my baby might be trying to come early and we don't need that at 21 weeks lol
