I think I may be having a miscarriage 😞

My husband and I have been ttc baby #2 for 3 1/2yrs. I found out last Thursday evening I was pregnant (18th). I took another test with FMU on Friday and made an appointment. Monday (12th) I started spotting... It has just been brown... I of course had a melt down. I knew that some people spot but I didn't with my first.... So I was like it's just old blood it's ok. Well today it's more of a pink/dark red if that even makes since but not very much. I know with my first appointment being tomorrow there's probably not anything they can do and just say "we'll see tomorrow." I really don't know what to do... I can't hardly say anything without bursting into tears 😭.
