Letting him in

My boyfriend and I always have protected sex (condom) and we've talked about how it would be better for him if he didn't use a condom. The other day I let him put it in without one but only for 20 seconds, if that. I have had a little bit of blood when I wiped once. Just a dot of it since then and my period isn't until the 26th. Should I be worried?
