Birth control effectiveness

Yo so I am on the pill and for the past 3 weeks I have been taking allergy medicine most every day. During this time i have also been having unprotected sex, but that has been the case for a year now on birth control and this has never happened. This has been my placebo pill week and I have only had light spotting. Is it possible that I am pregnant? Thanks.
