Random Hemorrhoid ???

Question

I am not suffering from constipation at all nor have I ever had hemorrhoids but yesterday while showering I noticed I have one now... I don't even know where it came from 😭 is this a normal third trimester issue ? Too much pressure from sitting on the toilet possibly

It's very normal to get them in third trimester. I haven't tha me godness! Only 7.5 weeks to go. 
But you don't have to always be constipated to get them, I had them terribly a couple of years back. I was on two different laxatives for a whole week. I hadn't gone to the loo for 7-9 days so that's what caused me to get mine, pushing too hard. But even having the runs can cause them. Straining, pushing to hard or too much pressure down on your bum can cause them. They aren't nice, I hated it. I didn't eat for a whole week because I didn't want what I ate to come out. But my stomach was hurting so bad I had to eat something in the end. Get some cream called anusol and use it after each bowel movement. I used it after even going for a wee, just to get it to go quicker. I had hot baths to help and drank loads of water. Eat lots of fruit too!! It'll help your loo trips easier and won't be painful to push with haemorrhoid(think that's how it's spelt)
