Idk what to do

Sorry for tmi just need some advice. So my boyfriend and I have been together for a little over a year now. He just informed me last night that I don't sexually please him anymore. And it's all my fault and I don't know what's wrong with me. I can get turned on and everything and when we go to have sex I end up drying up after like 5 minutes and then it turns him off and then me. I don't understand. I don't know what to do anymore. He says he loves me and that he won't cheat but I'm so scared he will. We love each other a lot it's just our sex life is at a standstill. What did you ladies do to make sex better again? Suggestions on why maybe this is happening? Thanks
