Feeling ugly, fat, an unappealing at 33 weeks

Not a big complainer but feeling very unattractive to my man. He always wants to hang out with friends or have friends over, never caring what I would like to do or how I feel. We have three other kids and he just assumes I am going to be fine with being the one doing everything. I am about 33 weeks and feel so ugly. I'm so swollen and my face looks horrendous. I don't wear makeup, what's the point. I cant fit anything. I work but go nowhere else.

Just feeling not very attractive and wondering if other ladies feel this.

I know he loves me but I feel he doesn't want my company and always wants to be with his buds and not me, or the family. And we are having our first son now.

When he's home, he can't put his phone down for five minutes to talk with me.

I just can't stop crying and being emotional, aside from how much back pain I am in lately and just overall pregnancy miserable.
