meal preparation

Since my husband doesn't cook and our mothers won't be here until the baby is about 2 months old I went ahead and froze pancakes, muffins, oatmeal and four different soups. I plan on doubling my favorite recipes and throwing one in the freezer until baby gets here. I'm loving this nesting energy, it's the most I've had my entire pregnancy! What are your freezer meal recipes?
