Phlegm in your throat?

Does anyone else feel like there a bunch of mucus in your throat, I feel like it never goes away and constantly gagging on it. Is this normal? Or am I the only one? It just really bothers me it's annoying!

I just started with this... wakes me up in the middle of the night feeling like I am going to choke...

I have a lot but I think it's because I have really bad indigestion.  I'm 30+5 weeks though.

It's called pregnancy rhinitis... I've had it since 4 weeks, I'm about to hit 7 weeks. I get the mucus so bad that it makes me cough. It's so annoying. I'm really hoping it goes away 😫

Nope ! Had it from week 8 all the way until now and I'm 20 weeks today and it's still there .
