Baby constipated or is it normal

Hi ladies... My 7 month old has not pooped from last 5 days, normally she would go without pooping for max 2 days( when i started solids before that she pooped daily), she is grunting and turning her face real red, screaming with anger, dont want any solids, i tried everything BABY MOVE prune juice concentrate, cooked pears, massage, warm bath, lot of tummy time and leg excercise, as advised by her pediatrician i put some vaselin with my pinky in her bump... But nothing worked... I am giving her expressed breast milk, formula once or teice a day, cooked pear mixed with avacado... Please advice me what else i can do to help her pass her stool..
