Sick newborn??

My son is 1 week and 3 days. He is being really fussy today when he's usually happy. He hasn't slept that much and just wants to be held and nurse. Usually he has more than about 5 dirty diapers in a day and hasn't had any today. He's acting like he's using the bathroom but when I change his diaper it's nothing and he doesn't have gas. He had a circumcision and his umbilical cord stump is still on. I've given him Tylenol but he's still fussy. Also he has thrush. What should I do?? I'm a ftm
