confused

So I've always gotten a long period 5-7 days. And this month I had it for two days. The first day I got super dehydrated and feverish and had no appetite and was beyond nauses. The next day was much better but still nauses. Now I feel normal but was wondering if this has happened to anyone or if this is what spotting is. Idk if I'm pregnant. I doubt that I am. But if I was how far would I be. Yes I know none of y'all are doctors and yes if I don't get my period next month I'll go to the doctors.
