Almost passing out?

Question

I will call my doctor, her line is busy right now.

I was walking around target for a little bit. I went to checkout and I got really hot, body was going numb, and my hearing got really muffled. I felt my face change color I think lol Luckely the Starbucks right by the checkout line had seats so I could sit down. I'm currently still sitting...not sure if I should drive or not?

I'm a FTM at 31 weeks. I've heard this is normal but wanted some input? I've had  water today, too.

Have you eaten anything lately? It might be a blood sugar issue, if it's been awhile since you've eaten or what u ate last wasn't the right thing u may just need to eat something w/ a good combination of protein, good fats, & carbs. I definitely would wait a bit to drive. Hopefully u can get thru to your doc soon.

Do not drive. 
I'm on complete bed rest..and this is exactly how it started.
Hot flashes all of the sudden, everything is bright colors,  ringing in ur ears..everything sounds as if it's far away..then BOOM- ur passed out. Happened to me 4 times. It's due to lack of proper nutrition, anemia, lack hydration and over extending urself  (walking around like all is fine )
Sit there till u feel better. . Ask the barista at Starbucks for a venti cup of iced water.. sit and drink til u feel better. Ice ur head, neck and hands with some Ice.. 
It's ur body telling u u need to start taking it easy from now on. .
The first time I hit the floor I was 19 weeks.. it starts early and gets,worse. U need to take better care of urself from now on. .and don't think ur invincible... I thought I could do it all. .until they put me on complete bed rest..I'm 37 weeks today and still can't walk 10 feet unassisted to my kitchen to get food. .

Have you eaten recently? Are you drinking enough water? That happens to me if I don't eat enough.
