how do you handle cancelled "sexy" plans

Last weekend we planned on spending the night together.. and when i was on my way home,he cancelled it last minute cause his mom will be home. I waited whole week for this day and he cancelled it.. i dont wanna talk to him right now im really mad at him 😫😫 i know his being reasonable but i already put too much effort for this day.. including SHAVING 😐 how should i handle this :(
