FTM here wondering what happens after you stop breastfeeding ?
Do your nipples go back to the same color
Do you continue to produce milk for a few months ?
How do you manage the pain ?
Is it true your boobs look like pancakes after 🤔. ? 
So many questions and it just all seems so overwhelming I feel really down about the way my breast changed during pregnancy but I guess I'll have to get over it. I don't even want to let SO see me change.

Most of your breast changes are due to pregnancy not breastfeeding. I actually can't think of any that are really affected by nursing as opposed to feeding formula. They even did a study that showed that breastfeeding doesn't make your breasts sag, it's all due to pregnancy.

You probably don't want to stop suddenly - it's easier for everyone if you just get rid of one feeding at a time.

Whenever you stop breastfeeding you'll stop producing milk. It'll be painful to stop at first because your breast will become engorged but after a few days you'll be fine.

Yes your nipples go back to normal. I'm not sure about the milk because ed got pregnant while breastfeeding so I have continuously made milk, no your boob's aren't pancakes, and after the first little bit, breastfeeding isn't painful.
