Best Birth Control For Breastfeeding Mother??

Finding the right birth control is always such a daunting task! I'll be breastfeeding this go round and I know everybody is different but I'm curious what birth control other breastfeeding mothers have had success with!

I haven't had my daughter yet but I discussed the implant as an option with my OB and she said it's safe while breastfeeding

Did the mini pill with my first and copper IUD with my second. Didn't want to do hormones anymore. I also had terrible vaginal dryness while breastfeeding my first and think the mini pill may have made it worse.

I did the mini pill and gained 10 pounds in 3 weeks that I had worked really hard to lose. 10 years of different BC pill brands and never had that problem. Went off of it and got pregnant when my daughter was 9 months while breastfeeding. Hoping to find another option after this baby besides the mini pill.
