Milk Ducts
Omg!! I have been nursing ever since baby was born ( month and a half) and my boobs feel like they're going to fall off! My nipples are so sore, and because they hurt so much I don't put baby on them as much, so it caused a milk duct!
Do you ladies have any suggestions how to relieve sore breasts and treat milk ducts??
