when do you track your ovulation peak time?

Ladies, when is a good time to start tracking your ovulation period after have your AF? I know it's roughly 10 days after - put I've read that most ladies ovulate earlier? Just don't wanna miss my window that's all.

Answer

If you have a regular 28 day period, you most likely ovulate around cycle day 14. Keep in mind, cycle day 1 is the first day of your period. So, to be safe, I would start tracking a couple days after you finish your period, at least in the beginning, so that you can get a sense of when you ovulate.
