No AF symtoms?

So my AF is due 9/25 normally by now I'd be an emotional wreck, craving chocolate, and cramps like hell. I had some cramping and back pain wednesday night, other than that I feel perfectly fine. But a little nauseous lately but nothing to concern me. My cm has been medium all day like watery. When I wiped earlier had a hint of brown a few times. Could I be getting AF or possibly implantation? All my AF symtoms happened a week ago. So I have no idea what's going on??
