nexoplanon and pregnancy?

Question

So I've read over and over again that people thought they were pregnant with the nexoplanon at first, that they were SO sure, and also that the chance of pregnancy is extremely extremely low. Wellllll....I'm in the same boat. If it wasn't for all those people I read that were so sure I would be super sure too. So far my symptoms are 
A slightly dropped milk supply (hard to tell how much since I don't pump)
Funny mood swings and my PPAnxiety returning.
Extreme fatigue. Needing naps and falling asleep at 9:30 type of fatigue. 
Sharpened sense of smell
Foods tasting off.
And of course no period. Aunt flow hasn't returned yet so I can't say she's missing completely. 
I'm four months PP and I've had the nexoplanon since very early augest. Had sex two weeks after. To be clear I'M NOT ASKING IF IM PREGNANT. Yes yes I know "take a damn test" (too scared lol 🙈)
I'm asking if these are the kind of symptoms that are normal for nexoplanon and when did the "I feel pregnant" go away for you?

Yes they are I had them and I was so scared I was pregnant so I took a test and it come out negative this was around 4 months that I had it to so just give it time to adjust and periods you might not even get any. If you are so stressed and worried just test I'm sure you should be fine

I had nexplanon for just over a year and had pregnancy like symptoms which is part of why I got it removed. For some women the rod works great but I just wasn't that lucky. Nexplanon can even be linked to increased anxiety, depression, and other mood disorders. I hated it. I would definitely take a test just to be sure, but pregnancy on the rod is so rare!
