how can I grow my hair faster?!

So I've had this cut for about a year. I love it but I want my long hair back 😩 & my hair is just not growing back fast at all!! My hair usually grows so fast but of course when I want it to it's not...so what can speed this process?? I've heard coconut oil but how exactly?

Biotin for sure and make sure you are still getting trims. You want to cut the split ends before they split! Another reason is to help keep it shaped as you grow it out. You can try the coconut as a kind of mask even add some rosemary, that will help keep your hair healthy.  Just wash your hair, towel dry it really well and add the coconut, let it sit on for as long as possible, rinse really well. Remember this can clog the shower drain as the coconut will harden. On another note, we all go though life cycles with our hair, if you are noticing a big difference in your growth and you don't see the cause please go to your doctor to get some blood and thyroid testing. Most of the time it's part a normal cycle, but as a hairdresser for many years, I would recommend this to my clients when there had been a big change. We found quite a few thyroid issues this way.
