How do I help my poor boobs!?

Idk if I am pregnant or this is some sore of...idk pms symptom. I am 7 days away from AF and my boobs are SERIOUSLY sore. It feels like they were jumped on by toddlers over and over. Every day they get more sore. Can I put something on them? Icy hot? Meds? Massages? They ache so bad that even my bra kind of irritates them....advice is greatly appreciated.
