help!!!!!!!!!

I stopped taking my BC all while ago. Ever since I've had them pain in my right side near my ovary. It hurts to have sex depending on the position. It even hurts to pee. I haven't had a period in over a month either. And I've had more discharge than normal. Also, vaginal dryness is becoming a problem. My sex drive is low as well. My Gynocolegist literally will not call me back about my concerns.
