My labia is saggy?

I was looking at my body last night in the mirror and noticed that my labia is very saggy, my partner tells me it isn't but I know he's just trying to make me feel better, can I fix it? How do I fix it? Please help me :(

You can't fix it without surgery. 
I'm assuming you mean your labia is saggy?
Since your vagina is the canal within you.
You can opt for a labiaplasty to reshape the labia, but labias come in all shapes and sizes and are perfect as is.

The labia often swells in pregnancy (a symptom that isn't spoken of much) so if it's something you just noticed, chances are it'll go back to normal after baby is born!
