what does this rash look like?!

It doesn't itch but it burns!
Feels suuuper hot like the worse sunburn ever!

Only appears after I shower, 5-10 mins. I put an honey-oat mixture on it and it goes away in about 30-60 mins. 
Happened twice today (after morning shower and after my workout shower. Spots did not appear in the same spots, but were the same spots.)

I have NOT changed my soap at all, haven't changed anything not even my food seasoning.

I have a dog, but I don't react to her like this. I am cuddling my dog every possible second, I don't have any reactions towards her. Or any other dogs I'm around.

I DID go to a doctor today and they couldn't figure it out at all.
Said it looked like hives, but hives would itch. This burns.
Shingles burns, but looks and acts nothing like these spots!

She gave me the medicine for shingles just incase I notice the blisters, but we're clueless!!!!!  Haven't heard anything about the local water supply, but honestly I'm super nervous.

I'm thinking it looks more like a heat rash of sorts. I'm one of the unlucky one's that has developed occasional shingles outbreaks due to having/being exposed to the chicken pox virus as a kid, and what you have looks nothing like a shingles outbreak. When I get a shingles outbreak, it's always on the same area (my lower back), and blisters & itches like a mofo! Also, the very first Shingles outbreak one gets is usually very painful (you can feel it down to the bone), but once treated, goes away fairly quickly and doesn't keep returning the way yours is doing (I'll maybe get a recurrence once every 2 years). Good news is I'd be extremely surprised if this were Shingles, as your symptoms and appearance of rash share absolutely no resemblance to a Shingles outbreak. Also, if you've never been exposed to the chicken pox virus, it's highly unlikely you'd develop Shingles later on. To me, it looks more like a heat rash, but I can only guess. I'm really sorry you're going through this, and I really hope you're able to get this figured out SOON! Take care & I hope this at least eases your mind that it really doesn't look or sound to be Shingles related.

I gave heat sensitivity, get hives on upper arms, neck, chest, stomach and back. My face turns bright red and burns painfully. It happens after showering or bathing and when I sweat. My dr has prescribed antihistamines Singulair and hydroxy zine and so far so good.

Have you started taking vitamins or changed your deodorant?! Some times we can become allergic to something that we have been exposed to all our life. Our body's chemistry changes as we get older so it could be something that you are exposed to that you suddenly have become allergic to. Just watch what you doing and see if you react to it.

My friend has those day in and day out. Hers don't hurt but get itchy at time. Also gets worst in summer time. Her Dr gave her something that fight infections for the medication. Actually they use it for most infections in the vaginal area.

If it doesn't get better maybe try this one.
