acne products, and hair dyes

I just found out I am expecting our rainbow baby. (Baby #2 and final) I am only 3 weeks and the acne of my forehead and jawline is flaring up. Any safe and good face washes you Ladies recommend? What about a astringent and moisturizer as well? Preferably something I can purchase at Target.  I also need recommendations for hair dye...I know they say to avoid dye until after 1st trimester or see if your salon offers a less harmful dye which mine does...but they charge you an arm and a leg. Any safe dyes I can purchase on my own to use to dye my own hair? My greys are BAD! Thank you!!
