Is there really a way to conceive the desired sex of the baby????!

Hi all, Glow ladies!

I am currently TTC for my 2nd child 😊 Ideally, my SO and I are hoping for a baby girl to possibly have our last of our kids (we have a son) since we want one and one.

I hadn't thought about methods of trying for a specific gender until yesterday when I came across an article online stating that many women who use opk usually conceive a boy! It stated that this was due to the fact that these women have sex specifically around the day they ovulate therefore, the fastest of the sperm (Y-boys) reach the egg faster. While the slowest, but longer surviving of the sperm (X-girls) typically reach to the egg first if ejaculation takes place around 3 days prior to ovulation.

SO LADIES..... my question is how true is this???! How many of you who had done opk got a little boy??? Etc?! I'm very curious about this.

Either gender, I would be perfectly happy and blessed to have have a healthy new addition to my family. Thanks!
