I need help!!!

Some stuff happened a few weekends ago and now I'm red,dry and itchy down there. It burns when I sit in the tub or put lotion down there. I don't know what to do. My parents do not know that stuff happened, they don't even know about the guy. I googled about it but it didn't help me at all. What should I do? Anything helps!
