Eucerin Baby Eczema Relief ?

Hi all, my baby has been fighting this Eczema thing for about two months now . As I've explained to her doctor, the Aquaphor is just like Vaseline it doesn't help with itching , the Aveeno Eczema made it so so so bad , my baby turned red EVERYWHERE. I used the Eucerin Eczema Relief before and stopped because , yes it moisturizes he skin it still leaves her itching ... has anyone went through this ? I initially thought maybe she was itching because her skin was getting used to it but idk . I was using Raw Shea Butter which somewhat helped with itching but she told me to stop using it . Im not on any dairy products and I wash her with Dove sensitive as directed as well . I just want some sleep at night 😩😩😩... we've changed to ALL free and clear and everything .. as I look back the aveeno has oatmeal in it as well as the Eucerin ... but isn't oats supposed to help with the problem ? So again , could it be possible that this is a "gets worst before it gets better" with the Eucerin ? Could it be where she has to get used to the product in order for her to stop itching ? Also I've used hydrocortisone... and it doesn't help either .
