pains in lower abdomen and back

I'm just ckesring out all the cupboards and making room for baby clothes,nothing hard or heavy and I've had a numb ache,like period pain suddenly come on,then it's gotten a bit stronger so Ive been to the toilet,now it's very painful across my abdomen and my groin :( I'm not sure what it is?!
