No friends

Did anyone else lose all of their friends after they graduated high school? It's been a year since I graduated but I basically was just ghosted out afterwards and no one ever wanted to hang out or talk to me anymore. I still don't have any friends, just my boyfriend. I didn't do anything wrong as far as I knew and everyone was acting normal and happy with me beforehand and even at the graduation parties. But now it's been about a year and a half and I'm still alone. Is something wrong with me?
