So just as a follow up in case anyone else goes through this because it seemed silly but got a lik scary... I called dr. They were extremely concerned because it's covering my entire body now (and the hives around my ankles are swollen to a point it's hard to flex my feet) and recommended I not take benedryl or cream at this time and sent me to ER.... While I have no answers yet they are running a full panel of tests and sending me to a dr specializing in autoimmunology because pregnancy can exacerbate conditions we may not of been aware of! Always check with dr even if it seems silly!! Hoping it's just bad reaction but glad I'm getting tested just in case I need to be aware of something more!

Looks like hives which would be an allergic reaction to something. You can try a Benadryl and see if that helps. As long as your face/lips/throats don't have them you should be ok. If they don't go away in 24 hours I'd see a doctor.
