Sleep.... Screaming
So this morning I woke myself up with a dream - I yelled in the dream and woke up - and my boyfriend said I literally screamed at the top of my lungs saying "what" ... I have no idea why. I usually sleep talk but I have never screamed and apparently it was like a shrieking so of scream too like I was scared or something... it's hard to explain 😣
