Pregnant?

I had my Mirena IUD taken out a month ago and we have been trying to conceive. 2 days after having my bc removed I started bleeding for about 4 days. No usual period symptoms. I missed my period this month and my boobs are swollen and very sore. I'm more tired then usual. I'm peeing like crazy frequently. I took a pregnancy test a little over a week ago but it was negative. But I don't understand why I'm having these symptoms. Help!?
