What do you do when someone you live with clearly has some type of emotional problem but doesn't want to admit it or deal with it? It's not 'sometimes she gets in a bad mood' or 'has a bad day'. It's like someone can ask her something and if she feels like they had some type of tone in their voice when they said it (even if they didn't, not that it would justify her reaction even if they did) or shouldn't have asked that or whatever she comes up with she asks repeatedly for like 5 minutes, isn't satisfied with whatever answer you give, or thinks you're ignoring her or giving some type of attitude she'll start crying and breakdown and yell and call you an idiot or a fucking moron etc and just won't calm down.
This exact thing happened last night because I did my dishes and said ok the rest of these are yours and she started getting a problem with me saying that like I was attacking her and it kept escalating until the point of her screaming and sobbing over how everything is so unfair and one sided etc etc etc. Over me asking her to do her dishes that she made. And we live in an apartment complex with thin walls. And sound carries so you can hear her from the parking lot. And it was midnight on a weekday. And I don't want to be evicted for noise complaints or have the cops called because she's screaming after 11pm
Also I have depression and anxiety so it's hard on me having to live like this but I don't have anywhere else to go and she refuses to think she's anything but completely normal and that her reactions are all totally justified and level headed
What do I do? I can't live like this
