Possible to have carpal tunnel at 15?

I've noticed a lot more lately that any time I'm on my phone for awhile, or I draw or write, my wrist, especially my left one starts hurting REALLY bad. It's not the stiff kind of pain, but like shooting pain. It hurts so bad. I have to put on asperceme and rest my hands for awhile to feel any better at all. Also, my fingers get that pain too. I don't really know what it is but I've been told carpal tunnel runs in my family. Is it possible to have it at such a young age?
