1: sence its fall and you carve your pumpkin dont throw away the seeds put your seeds in the oven until dry and its a perfect helthy snack!

2: esparagus one of the highest green foods that holds the most folic acid in one serving!

3: when hungry grab a banana high in potasium and just delicious

And finally i used to eat tons of cashew nuts to help me and within a month of trying this therory it worked amazingly for me and help keep baby healthy and getting nutrients when i didnt know a baby was brewing i thought it would take alot longer!
