Would you worry?

I had a drunken hook up Friday night with my best friends brother (she didn't care, not breaking girl code lol) anyways. He didn't cum, because we were both drunk and we used a condom. - here's the catch he condom came off during and we didn't notice until after, and I was ovulating. I took a plan b pill Sunday morning. Should I be in the clear, or worried? 
(I'm not on birth control because of health reasons)
