I Walk home from school..
So it takes about 20 -25 min walking home from my school. Sometimes o dont have a ride so i walk. I dont know how many miles it exactly is but if i do this atleast 3 or 4 times a week is it good exercise? I in high school senior year and work and i dont have enough energy right now or time to go to the gym jw if this would help me little bit
