8 weeks pregnant with random sharp shooting pain in left pelvic area..

It only lasts a second and comes and goes.. I had to go to the ER Saturday to get fluids because I was dehydrated but they didn't check on baby or anything. I've had awful sickness, dizziness and now this.. It doesn't hurt all that bad more uncomfortable feeling that doesn't last long at all.. Should I be worried or can this be a normal pregnancy symptom? I have my first prenatal appointment next Wednesday but I had a miscarriage last year so I am super nervous. I have been feeling pretty awful and tired lately which I know can be normal.. Any advice?
