peace of mind

I got checked yesterday and she informed me that I would probably have some spotting. Well when I got home I walked around for a few hours, no spotting yet. I decided to take a nap because I was just exhausted from cleaning and when I woke up I had decent sized blood clots coming out. I assumed that it was just normal and continued with my day, no more bleeding after that. Well this morning I got up to pee again, and had two or three more decent chunks come out. Could it be because I got checked or could it be some of my plug coming out? It's mostly blood from what I can tell but this is my first baby and I don't know what to expect.
